I'm a design leader bridging policy, design, and technology to make digital services more accessible and more opinionated for public good.

Today, I'm building tools with federal partners like the Centers for Medicaid & Medicare to ensure that people have affordable access to the healthcare they need. Prior, I've helped shape inclusive products from COVID-19 messaging for rural families in Myanmar, to accessible design patterns across The New York Times apps.

I leverage a toolbox of participatory methods, trauma-informed practices, and coaching to untangle the mess and rebuild systems. But not without some curiosity, humor, and persistence for meaningful progress.
